Sonic Circuits DC

DC's annual experimental music fest is comin' up. I saw only one show last year; I intend to hit all of them this year. The SCDC website is almost entirely devoid of information, but the Warehouse, which will serve as this year's venue, features a current schedule of performances on its site.

Experimental (or "experimental") music. Most of it is electronic based (or analog noise-based). Ambient/drone/noise, etc. Some more rockin' stuff too. But definitely artists plugged into the music scene more than anything else.

Lots of big ("big") names this year it seems.

Lemme know if there's anything you think I should catch! I liked Richard Chartier last year.

Experimental, eh? I've probably already told you this, but check out the Mosquito Death Squadron! They are one of my favorite DC bands.
